From Plastic Waste to Activewear

It all starts with YOU every time you recycle! Plastics labeled with a #1 on the bottom have the same chemistry make-up as polyester.  These recycled plastic bottles and single use plastics are washed and chopped into flakes. Then the flakes are melted and formed into chips. After that, the chips are melted and formed into fibers or threads which are then used to knit our fabric. Our fabric is then dyed using environmentally friendly dyes and processes and sewn into our activewear.

By breaking down recycled plastic bottles and other single use plastics to create our fabrics, we help to keep plastic waste out of our oceans and landfills. Compared to creating new raw material, our fabrics offset using new petroleum, which results in emitting fewer greenhouse gases and conserves water and energy. Our products have all the same great qualities of traditional polyester based activewear, but now you can feel good about wearing it!
