Nudi Wear and Ocean Defenders Alliance (ODA) are teaming up again to clean Waiāhole Beach Park! Join us on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 from 9am to 1pm. Last time we cleaned this beach, we removed over 3,000 lbs of garbage! There is a lot of abandoned fishing nets, floats, tires, boats, and tons of plastics.
We will provide the tools, but we need as many people as possible to help! Please bring your own masks, closed toed shoes, and gloves as they will be required. We will have some gloves available on site but recommend bringing a personal set. Snacks and water will be provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle.
Directions: If you start at the Waiāhole Poi Factory, head north on the Kamehameha Hwy. In about 1/2 mile, on the right, you will see blue Waiāhole Beach Park signs with parking along the side of the road.
