Absolutely! We plan to add new designs and are currently working on one now. If you would like to be notified when we release new designs, make sure you are on our mailing list. You can subscribe to the list at the top of the website.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ITEM?2020-06-21T17:27:56-10:00

Each item will come with care instructions printed on it or the tag.

  • Neoprene Tote Bags: We recommend using a wet cloth to wipe the surface of the tote bag if soiled. Most things can be easily removed. The tote bag can be machine washed in cold water on gentle cycle and then air dried. Do not dry-clean, use bleach, or iron. Do not tumble dry or dry in the sun.
  • Headbands: Headbands can be machine washed. We recommend allowing them to air dry, but they can be tumble dried on low heat.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we have had delays in the production of our active-wear. All active-wear production is currently on hold, but it will resume soon. If you would like to be notified of product updates, make sure you are on our mailing list. You can subscribe to the list at the top of the website.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary based on weight and location. To get exact rates, use the shipping rate calculator at the bottom of your cart, or begin the checkout process.

We process orders within 1-2 day of receipt of payment. Shipping to the US is typically 2-5 business days and international shipping varies from 6-21 business days.

* Note: Shipping times are averages and are dependent on our carriers. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to it being impacted by causes outside of our control.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if applicable. You can also log into your account and click on an order to see its status.

WILL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES?2020-06-23T16:34:48-10:00

You will be liable for any import duties, customs, and/or taxes. Since we do not have any control over import fees and they vary according to country, we cannot advise you what the cost will be. You can try using this third party website to estimate the additional costs or you can contact your local customs office to find out more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We guarantee you will love your Nudi Wear purchase, or your money back! If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Please email us at sales@nudiwear.com prior to returning any items. Include your order number and the word “refund” or “exchange” in the subject line for fast processing. Once we hear from you, we will send you return instructions. We do not pay for the return shipping, but we will pay for shipping on replacement items.

*Note: no returns/exchanges on clearance items

Immediately after we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. It usually takes 3-10 business days to receive the item and then 2-3 days for the funds to return to you.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email sales@nudiwear.com with a photo of the item as well as your order number. We promise to make it right.

HOW DO I ATTEND ONE OF THE BEACH OR UNDERWATER CLEANUPS?2020-06-23T16:25:56-10:00

We would love for you to attend one of our cleanups! You must be a certified diver to participate in our underwater cleanups, but non-divers can assist with helping the divers get the rubbish out of the ocean or by cleaning the surrounding beach park. If you join the Nudi Dive Club mailing list, you will receive occasional emails about recent and upcoming events. If you would like to join the mailing list, you can sign up at the top of the website. If you know of a dive site that needs cleaning, please email us at nudiwear@gmail.com and let us know!
