It’s amazing what just 9 people can do in 3 hours! Over 150 lbs of plastics and fishing industry waste removed from Waimanalo Beach. The most common items we could identify were bottle caps, straws, and fishing nets. We also removed a lot of tiny plastics through the use of sand sifters and filters.
