This year’s Earth Day Cleanup in Hawaii had our community showing up in the best way possible. Together, we removed a massive amount of trash from both the ocean and the beach park at Magic Island—proof of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose. Huge mahalo to all the dive shops, organizations, dive clubs, and every single participant who gave their time and energy to protect our oceans. This event keeps growing every year, and it’s because of you! Special thank you to Autumn Soda for leading the charge and making it all happen, and to Aloha Junkman for volunteering their time and services to haul away and properly dispose of everything we collected. We’re proud, we’re grateful, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
